Each resident enjoys the privacy of their own double bedroom and private bathroom & private telephone line and phone to each room. Private laundry facilities in each 4 bedroom apartment are FREE. Basic cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery and cleaning assistance every two weeks. Free intranet connection between UniCentral and the University .. once connected to UniCentral's internet services. Internet is the cheapest and best service on the Coast. Residents can also enjoy plenty parking within the secured complex. Secure complex with night time security.
Then step outside UniCentral's security gate and onto the University grounds .... a connecting footpath makes it an easy 5 minute stroll to class.
