The common room areas of each apartment include full laundry facilities at no extra , fully equipped domestic kitchens, lounge and dining furniture and outdoor furniture in either a balcony or courtyard setting.
UniCentral's modern community facilities include; a 25 metre lap pool, flood-lit tennis/basketball court, Recreation Pavilion, verandas over looking the swimming pool, equipped with games room and Central Barbeque area. Step outside the back gates and directly onto the University grounds, a few minutes walk to class.
Students feel secure knowing the security team are on site at night and that there is plenty of off street parking – residents can park – for free inside a secured complex.
